David is a Senior Associate in our employment department. He has over 10 years’ experience advising employers and employees across a full spectrum of employment law issues. This includes disciplinary and grievance issues, performance and absence management, redundancies and TUPE.
David’s work is predominantly focused on providing HR advice to a wide range of employers including SMEs, charities and large limited companies. He manages a caseload of contentious employment matters as well and acts for clients at tribunal.
Prior to joining Prosperity Law LLP, David worked for a large national firm. He has previous experience both in private practice and within the public sector, specialising in employment law.
