- Career highlight?
The highlight, so far, is qualifying as a solicitor at the end of 2020. After years studying at college and university, then several years working as a paralegal and trainee solicitor, to finally qualify as a commercial solicitor in Manchester was very satisfying.
- What are you reading at the moment?
Mario’s Restaurant takeaway menu, but also ‘Running’ by Ronnie O’Sullivan – a great insight into a sportsman at the top level and the mental challenges he has faced to become one of the greatest the sport has ever seen.
- Most creative thing you’ve seen on a video call during the lockdown?
The Manchester team at Prosperity Law completed an online ‘escape room’ during our Zoom social with a few drinks on a Friday afternoon which was a challenging and fun activity!
- Do you write a blog that you’d like us to share?
Not at the moment. But see our charity fundraising page for Manchester Mind which we are aiming to raise as much as possible in our fundraiser for Mental Health Awareness Week 2021 – https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/prosperity-law
- What are you looking forward to doing again the most after lockdown?
The simple things – beers with friends at the pub and going to my ‘happy place’ Turf Moor to watch Burnley.
- Favourite lockdown activity?
It has been nice to spend more time with my family and explore several walks in the countryside right on my doorstep.
